Why do we bring religion into every topic that makes the headlines? I have read several articles on this topic. One wrote; "I am Christian." What does that have to do with someone being gay? Christians are not saints. Another said; God said "It is wrong, that is why he made a man and a woman." Why is it that God talks to just people? It took seven days to create this earth. I am sure God was not worried about someone being gay, but stop and think why God had to make "woman." What was Adam doing with the animals? Need I say more.

Another said; "it is wicked to be gay." All of these comment have me wondering do we really have freedom anymore. The Christians believe if we don't live by their rules then we are all going to hell. We all were born with "free will."

The bible was written by twelve men who were not saints themselves. The book has been changed many times over the centuries. Even the catholic have their two sense in how we are suppose to live. They are also fine ones to dictate how we are suppose to live. Being gay, straight or somewhere in between should not matter if the two people are happy. Times have changed since the Bible was written. Why should matter is how we respect other people around us. Catholics and Christians need to stop trying to rule the world. If the gay people marry; then let God decide what is going to happen to them. Why condemn their choice of being gay. It is just a word.

We base everything on Religion, but are we really practicing the word. The first one without sin, cast the first stone. None of us are without so called sin. Rather married or union the gay people should have the right to be who they are. I don't care if they were born like that or by choice. They have a right to be here living like you the Catholics and Christians. They are still human beings.

There are to many complaints in this world. Most are just people trying to change someone. We are all different. No two people are alike unless you are twins. What we need to worry about, we don't. We seem to be in everybody's business except our own. Stop using Religion to make a point. One person brought up the word "morals." That really floored me because people need to look around this world and see "morals" went out the window along time ago.

To the gay communities; "just be yourselves." You need not answer to anyone except God. Do not let anyone tell you that you are going to hell. The way this world is going, all of us are going in the same direction. Until God himself comes down and says you cannot marry, then live your life. I am sure if God did come back to earth; there would be other things that would be on top of his list, like needless wars and his children starving around this world.The most important thing would be; "how we are destroying what he created in seven days."
