A very interesting perspective on U.S. foreign policy on the Venezuelan question of President Hugo Chavez is shaping up for a potential military intervention of troops within the next 5 years may be a reality. Venezuela's, rich oil reserves and President Chavez's open hostility against the U.S. serves as a staging point for a U.S. and European Nation led invasion that would support private oil distribution through on into Mexico. Right, now the Mexican Congress and Senate are debating the issue of privatizing the nations protected oil government run monopoly with a current revision to their constitution that would allow private companies to profit from this distribution. Currently, President Chavez has publicly displayed statements indicating a ridiculous alignment of Venezuelan military forces joining with Russia and China in an effort to thwart the inevitable attack of a joint U.S. led coalition of forces together with the European Nation in responding with superior force in averting the drilling of off shore reserves from the Latin American country coast and securing a pipeline of oil distribution through into Mexico supporting U.S. interests. Currently, in Mexico the drug war is serving as a precursor to wipe out drug run cartels that cripple the Mexican politico "mordida(bribe)" run government and create a new economy making for a less arduous transition when this new culture takes shape. In the Northern State of Chihuahua, the world's largest metroplex consisting of Cd.Juarez and El Paso, Texas has seen daily blood battles and local drug chieftain led Mafioso's lay siege with a killing rampage leaving to date 500 dead and missing. Civilians are also a target and U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Tony Garza has issued statements to warn of American advisory travel into the city of Juarez. Mexico currently has begun privately negotiating with U.S. officials on the proposed alignment of military protection along the northern border state in securing private refinery infrastructure to receive Latin American Oil. Only by privatizing the oil industry in Mexico, eliminating the Mexican Drug Lord led cartel's and singularly relieving President Chavez with "extreme prejudice" can a peaceful and articulated oil run economy become a reality. NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) has been under attack for creating extreme poverty in Northern Mexico without addressing the need to support manufacturing interests that the region has enjoyed these last 20 years. Coupled with U.S. domestic manufacturing failure regarding the disparity of wealth NAFTA has produced, has the pronounced idea of Latin American and Mexican occupation been placed at the forefront of U.S. World Foreign Policy.
