Humor: Writing

I have been writing for about 14 years now, badly I must admit with grammatical errors and a distinct lack of correct punctuation. I personally blame the mediocre Education system for these failing and obviously not my complete lack of interests in school but hey life goes on and i'm getting better with age, so I hope anyhow.
I have been writing comedic tales of obscurity and coincidences that I have imagined or witnessed in the world and there are a lot of really strange goings on in the world which I couldn't possibly write about for the sheer fact that they would be totally unbelievable.

I recently befriended another writer in a similar direction and we have been writing together comparing notes and tales we could spin into some organised form of literary masterpiece.

To be honest I feel somewhat fraudulent because this person is far more capable than myself and I seem to be clinging onto their coat tails somewhat, this being said they don't wear coats with tails and I'm rarely physically behind them at any point.

Now we are working quite well and are nearing a completed work we only need something to do with it, we have considered publishers or Media Companies who may be remotely interested in our outstanding mediocrity but hell were English and were only good at being adequate and complaining so in this respect we are way ahead of the competition both being Grotesquely cynical and are both Misanthropes who enjoy nothing more than belittling people en masse.

All characters we have created are manifestations of ourselves in Hideous extremities of our own flaws and Failings this has enabled us to have a gargantuan cast of characters to play with interesting Backgrounds and Eccentricities, Also the other writer is a young lady whom I have known for a long time and had a strange friendship with for many years, she is also closely linked with the Stand-up Comedy Circuit and surrounds herself with comic genius' of a much greater level then myself which I find not to be a negative for me and forces me to up my game and work harder at being original and creative to a much higher standard.

If your reading this you may be realising there is seemingly no point at all to these ramblings and in this matter you would be entirely correct....

Thanks for that.

P.s I need another 100 odd words to make this long enough to publish i feel this is somewhat insane being that im pretty certain you were bored within the first two sentences and probably stopped reading sometime ago and all im succeeding in doing now is massaging my own ego and playing to the System to have an article no one wanted in a site no one reads designed for people no one likes.

(That includes me)
