Pondering the existence of ghosts, demons and angels

Looking around in our day to day life, it is foolish to think of ourselves as the only intelligent entities in this vast universe. I am only 33 years old, however I have seen much in those years. Some of the things I have to wonder was man supposed to see them. I am what alot of people might call a sensitive. I consider the sensitivity as a gift from God. I can sense when something isn't right with a dwelling or sometimes a person. There is a darkness, a heaviness that is hard to put into words.

I have several encounters with these spiritual beings. But what are they? As a Christian I turn to my Bible for answers. From what I gather from this Holy Book, when a person passes away they leave this world behind. They do not stick around to take care of unfinished business, revenge or anything else.
I believe that in some circumstances that God may allow someone that has passed to say good-bye to loved ones before embarking on there journey. Take this true story for instance. My cousin lost her brother in a automobile accident. He loved her children, I believe their ages at the time were 2 and 4. They didn't tell there children what had happened for fear that they were to young to understand. But a couple of days after the accident, The little girl went to her mother and said "Zack is in heaven isnt he Mommy." The mother surprised asks "Who told you that?" The little girl replies "Zack did."
I have heard other credible stories usually involving children in the same way. However the deceased does not hang around. They usually just tell the person they have a attachment to something like "Good-bye" or "Don't worry" and they are gone.

So what are these shadows of what seem to be people passed? That prefer to dwell alongside of us just out of reach, showing only a glimpse of themselves before vanishing.

If we believe that when a man dies he goes to heaven or hell, then that would only leave the possibility of another intelligent entity that is not human.
The bible tells us that when Satan fell from grace that he carried a third of the angels with him. In my studies I have to conclude that these fallen angels are now what we know as demons. They are bent on overthrowing the kingdom of God. There best weapon being to make people think that they don't exist. What better way than to pass themselves off as ghosts of people we have known? By doing this they can accomplish 2 things.

#1 By pretending to be disembodied spirits of humans, it discredits belief that there
