Moral issues of abortion

Abortion, it's a word that is ever so common in todays world. Abortion was legalized in the famous Roe v Wade case by the Supreme Court in 1973, and ever since then this fiery debate has raised many questions about morality, religion, and human rights.

A nineteen year old girl had been raped at a party she went went to, and a few weeks later had come to find that she is pregnant. What is right in this situation? Can anyone truthfully and unfalteringly say that an abortion is wrong in her case? I personally know that I can't, but what I can say is that this young woman should have complete freedom to make whatever decision she wants.

There is a twenty-five year old woman who has a secure job, and a stable living environment. One night she wants to have a good time, and has a one night stand with some random guy. She takes the pregnancy test, and cries as she sees plain as day that she is pregnant. This woman thinks about it, and decides that she just isn't ready for a child right now. She will see her doctor tomorrow about an abortion. Do you think this is wrong?

Do you think it's wrong to take life away from a helpless and innocent heart beat that depends on you for life. Do you think that it is justifiable to extinguish the life that is unborn, or does it just depend on the situation?

One thing we can all agree on is that abortion will be around whether it's legal or not. People will always find a way to do what the want, whether its safe or not. In essence, what can anyone really argue about abortion when it's a complete matter of opinion, and circumstance. Do you really have the answer, because I don't.
