The Top Three Franchises for Women

Women are taking on the business world in record numbers even now to the point that many of the fastest growing franchises in the country are developed, owned, and even operated by women. Running any business is an accomplishment in itself and regardless of the sex of the owner; being an owner in the business world is the best accomplishment any individual can have! The following is a list of the top three franchises for women.

Curves

This franchise is a circuit based gym that is meant just for women to come together and get in shape in a group support fashion. As opposed to most public gyms where unless you hire a personal trainer you are on your own, in Curves you are members of the family that helps you emotionally and physically to achieve your goals. This business in most areas can be owner managed by one person on a full time basis. This franchise can be started from scratch for about $35,000 that includes the franchise fee and the equipment for your gym. There are also several existing franchises for sale in which you can purchase and takeover starting at around $10,000.

Cruise One

It is my belief that women make better travel agents than men do, only because they have an incredible ability to calm others and help them plan out events in the upcoming future. The cruise industry is at an all time high with cruises quickly becoming a budget friendly vacation for most families across the country. This one to four employee business is an excellent business opportunity to start in any part of the nation with startup costs of around only $10,000!

Caring Hearts Enterprises

Who do we all call upon when we are not feeling well? Well, our mother of course! So it is only natural that a woman is the mastermind behind a business franchise that is solely designed to care for and support those in need (especially the elderly). Some of the services offered here include bathing, cooking, light cleaning, transportation to appointments and to go shopping and other similiar daily activities. This non-medically inclined personal assistance franchise is sure to be a winner in any community. This amazing business can be started for the right women for just $7,500!

These are only three of thousands of women designed franchises available in this great country of ours. We as a nation have come a very long way from the culture we were only a hundred years or so ago. I am proud to see that so many women have chosen the path of ownership in the business world and frankly, I feel that business as we know it today would not be as great as it is had it not been for the women that led the way for some many others to follow.
