Poetry: Long nights

The Long Kiss Goodnight

What are these desires you bring
into this frozen night
upon such calm currents?

I can't help imagining
how you'll change this innocence.

You breathe such whispering sin;
it quickly draws me near
to feel your swelling lust.

Your power controls my whim
leaving no choice but to trust.

No reason for me to hide
these feelings you rise;
my curiousity soars.

This body won't be denied
as it surrenders to yours.

I struggle for composure
as you violate me
with such ferocity.

You cause ravished exposure
while claiming my virginity.

You toss my torn form away
as I watch your gleam fade
into satisfied hush.

Knowing you've caused tragedy;
I struggle after the rush.

Damaged in ways unimagined
by your possession
and all it took from me.

Such overwelming destruction
corrupts my Soul by degrees.

A ruined maiden of dreams
used and left broken;
no one to see my plight.

Kisses chilling and unseen
bidding me a long goodnight.
