1. Toothbrush
2. Hairbrush
3. Body wash
4. Moisterizer
5. Nailcutter with file
6. Shaver
7. Tea (oolong)
8. Tea tree oil
9. Healthy Chocolate packed with vitamins Shake
10. Spf for face and body.

Taking care of your body is essential to longivity. I like to feel good to shine with radiance from within. A lot of women today in our American Society, just have alternatives or cover ups that don't show there natural beauty. There are a lot of women that are also over weight due to lack of proper higne and careness for themselves. If you take a look at other countries and how beautiful there women are from healthy weight, to skin care. It's all from simple and basic everyday regimes that they accomplish it. Today we have a lot of unhealthy diets and products that can be oversensitive to skin, hormones, emotional stability and well being. Now a days going with the products that are mostly natural is essential to overall beauty and health. For me, I am 28 years old. I get carded all the time and people think I am from the age of 17 -23. I barely workout now and 28 is usually the age you start going overboard on wrinkles, body weight and overall apperances.....take care.
