and silence so loud?
Why do so few go up
and so many come down?

Why is it hard to rise
and so easy to fall?
Why do we destroy
what we don't understand?
Why are the words we need most
the hardest to speak?
Why can't we forgive
and remember to love?
Why are those who take

Why does the loveliest rose

Why do those so talk the most
say the least?
