Seeing his work,
Full of sadness and sorrow,
Makes me strive
For his better tomorrow.
Pain & anguish
In every line
Worries me that
Maybe it's a sign.
Does he need a friend
To be there by his side?
Or does he need someone else
With him to hide?
Should I step out
Of my own dark corner
And use the powers
Of his demons to conquer?
But how do I know
He will accept my offer?
How do I know he won't think
"I need to stop her"?
He's deeper than he appears
Deep down inside beats a dying heart.
I wonder if we are meant to be
Or meant to be apart.
I very well doubt many will ever get him
The way he wants them to
But what he doesn't get
Is that I already do.

Struggling words......
Laying on a back of moss

Falling but never staying

Words on a paper,
Piercing my heart.
My eyes blur before me,
As I read the words, words, words.....
Spelling it all out before
I danced with the devil,
Because he fed me a line,
Words upon words,
Mixed with rose colored lies.
Words of deception,
Flowed
