directly to your console without ever going to the store, a wide variety of classic arcade games, and an all new online video store.

The Xbox comes with several software configurations, one is the dashboard which lets you easily sign in and sign out of particular profiles that you have created, a variety of XNA tools, the standard backwards compatibility, and a game library to display the games you have previously played.

As you can tell there is nothing too special about the Xbox 360, Microsoft did not go over the top with this game console, they simply included features they have had around for a couple of years, made there games high definition and improved a bit upon the graphic's capability from the original Xbox.

Sony on the other hand did go all out with there console, Sony created a brand new device called Blue-Ray which will soon be in every house across North America simply because Blue-Ray has all the capabilities of Microsoft's high definition drive plus the capability to hold more, and no more region specific game codes. Sony also placed a lot of new work into their controller, they have kept the overall design the same but the functionality is amazing, the controller is built upon a 6-axis tilt system so when you're playing a racing game you physically move the controller to move your car.

The comparison of the two is obvious, Microsoft used the same old technologies it had lying around the back warehouse and did not take the time to create anything technologically new and interesting while Sony took the additional time to create something new and amazing, which increases the overall game play for us, the Sony might cost a little bit more however in a few short month's the price will have dropped to something we can all afford and will be well worth the purchase price.
