Is God Relevant Anymore?

Just look at the wonders of science, man has achieved so much. The field of medical is bristling with so many improvements for replacing limps, better medicines for relieving ailments, better treatments for longer life. Modern day technology seem to have no limit when it comes to developing better and newer ways towards making life easier, more productive. Yes mankind has accomplished a lot and the focus has been on what man has accomplished. The reality is man, question if there is even a God! In fact they insist their isn't a God. People today talk about what they see in nature as that created by Mother Nature, they don't say look at what God has done.

The relentless efforts to find alien life forms is another indicator that God doesn't exist. People have placed their hopes and desires in the concept that these aliens came to this planet and interacted with the beast of this world and so that's how mankind began. Many refused to believe that mankind can be the only beings in the universe simply because they can't accept the idea of a God.

Let's us look into the heart of mankind to try and ascertain why this notion of Godlessness exist! Man is a one of a kind creature unlike any in the universe- that in and of itself should be an indication that the creation of Mankind is and of itself a miracle. To be self aware, to be the only creature on the planet that can not only effect his environment but the environment of all other animals on the planet. The only species who is even capable of conceptualize God. You can talk about God from now until dooms day to your favorite pet and they never will get it! But man's thoughts are higher then any other creatures thoughts that we know of.

So you're wondering then "why doesn't man accept having faith in the possibility of a God, the God?" Simply because man's heart is evil. We want to believe man is "basically good!" but the truth is that's wrong. If man was basically good and I can only mention a few reason's here because I don't have enough cyberspace to list all the reasons and you don't have enough time to read them all. If mankind was basically good then society wouldn't need the Police, they wouldn't need the National Guard, they wouldn't need Army, Navy, Marines, they wouldn't need, Pepper spray, they wouldn't need handguns, automatic weapons, they wouldn't need criminal lawyers, and on, and on.

If God became relevant in the eyes of mankind then that would mean that mankind would have to be held accountable for our actions. We would have answer for the lust we carry in our eyes and hearts. We can't pretend that we are still a good person if we're tailgating the person ahead of us. We can act like we're good people when we see someone of a different ethnic origin and hatred rises up in our hearts and minds. We can't pretend that our hearts are good when we past the needy on the street on our way to church.

Many say they believe God is relevant, but one would never know it by their actions or lack of. So many say that God is relevant, but hate rules the world today and that hate isn't coming from God but from the minds and hearts of men, women and children.
