Are some victims of rape irresponsible?

The question raises many a related topics and links. What is the nature
Of rape victim? Where the rape occurred? What was the situation?
was he a drunkard? Why the mishap took place? It is almost like
repeated police investigation for which there is no solution, only an
amplification of the crime in a horrendous way.

Are some victims of rape irresponsible? A big No. The other day my close
Relative was walking in the street with a gold chain lurking beneath his
T-shirt which occasionally peeped out which was noticed by a gang of men

at the signal and pretended to be good to advice him not to wear the
Chain: "young boy, please remove the chain and put it into your pocket, lest
You should fall a victim to the robbers" so saying they distracted him and
Under cover of inserting the chain into his trousers took away the chain and
Only empty paper was in his trouser pocket. When the cheating took place it
Was a daylight his attention was diverted. Can he be held responsible?

Similarly the ten out of fifteen rape victims are innocent and cannot be
held responsible. How can you be held responsible for a thing which takes
place beyond your control.

These days when you open the newspaper you read almost articles on
Rape. Father raping his own daughter, young girls falling a prey to rape
Victims, and even aged old men, who ought to control all their sexual urge
Violating their norms and indulging in this unwarranted crimes of rape and
Sexual abuse. In such situations how can rape victims be held responsible?


Newspaper flashes news that in the car rape takes place and there were several
incidents of cases where there young girls were raped. Anger , unsatisfied sexual
Urge and an uncontrollable passion for carnal passion pleasure and lust above
all the food items which provoke instincts to indulge in this crime are reasons.

Recently I read in newspaper how young girls were abducted and the parents
reported about the missing of these schoolgirls to the police. After a week or so
they got the horrendous news that the girls' bodies were thrown behind a bush
in far-off place and it was proved that they were sexually abused. Will anyone
say that the innocent school girls were irresponsible. These days such things are
quite common and we label it under the banner of Karma or Fate.

Such being the case how can victims are held responsible.
