The only problem with web hosting is how much time it is up online and can be viewed or navigated. It could be any web host but it does not assure you any traffic. Traffic will depend on your own promotions and advertising. The web host will not do anything to promote a web site, especially those who get monthly subscription payments from web site owners. Web hosts get their money from subscribers.

The best that they can do is to suggest ways how to get more traffic to your sites. But mind you, those that they suggest? Well, they will be earning also from those! How? They own, or are affiliates of, those that they are recommending!

Maybe, for the web sites I own or administer, none of them are paid or subscribed to, for a monthly fee. There is only one traffic site that I am currently using and is subscribed to. The traffic I get there is really enormous, up to the point that Google and other ranking sites have accused me of using illegal traffic strategies. Definitely, I am not doing that. That traffic site has offered an upgrade where I could get down lines for only $2.00! At the moment, my down line is composed of around 20% of all members of the traffic sites. There was nothing easy or free to do what I did on that traffic site. Initially, I had to work for the points I need to promote and advertise my web sites. When the offer came to upgrade for only $2.00, I grabbed the opportunity and realized the traffic I want for the web sites I want to generate traffic volume.

For real estate web hosting, there is no guaranty that your web host will do the work for getting traffic to your site. That's the reason why you need advertisements and traffic sites when you subscribe to web hosting. When you pay subscription to monthly web hosting, your web site has no advertisements. Sometimes, that's the benefit of sub-domain or free web hosting. Your web site will have ads from the web host and, more often than not, their ads on the site are related or linked to your web site. All you will need there are good keywords or links to your web site, whether it is real estate or not. For advertisements and promotions on your web site you could sign up with Adsense or Adbrite. There are others similar but do not gain as much attraction on ads. Search engines are another way to get traffic to web sites. There are quite a good number that you could submit or have your web site listed with them. It all the depends on the popularity of keywords you would have for your web site.
