I suggest to you that maybe you shouldn't get one of those itty-bitty players, everyone has now with them. I believe that if you don't mid the size of the player, you should purchase a walkman. With walkmans these days, they're usually less expensive than the popular miniscule ones. With a walkman, it's still quite portable and also, you usually don't need to charge it every single night and furthermore, it's so simple, just throw in a compact disc and you're ready to go.

For a person who wants to get the most out of their money:
Technology has further advanced for you! As I have seen, they have come out with USB players. They usually come in smaller kilobyte or metabyte sizes, but they are worth it. With these, not only can you listen to music on these babies, but moreover, you can store pictures, videos, documents, and so on, to transport to any computer. Also, the latest mp3 players now come with the works. Now, you can watch movies, look at photos, play games and some, you even call people on them!

For a person who could own a music store:
I have seen in stores lately tha some players can range up to 160GB in storage. Of course, maybe you might not need that much storage, but if you plan to download that much, maybe it's the best option. If you don't think you'll ever reach that size of music files, then check how many songs you have and check their file size all together! Then, that will give you a range of where how much storage in a mp3 player that you should purchase.

For a person who doesn't have many songs to their name:
A good option with this could be the smaller storage of mp3 players out there, ranging down to 128 MB in storage. Usually, that would hold somewhere around 30 songs, possibly. Also, walkmans are something to consider as well. You could take all your songs and vary them on these compact discs or a huge data disc and you are all set.

For the latest fanatic:
I think the latest mp3 players out there would be the mp3 phones. Not only would you have the songs and videos, but you would also have a phone. My best guess for a good mp3 phone would be the new Ipod phones out there at low prices.
