Think of picnics on the lawn
Do not cry or be forlorn
Think of flowers that blossom tall
And worry not if your tears do fall
As love will bring all that you desire
And passion flames will stoke the lyre of the music that stirrs the soul
You will dance like a baby foal ; to the quickest step of romance which scores the night
And I will squeeze you very tight , until the dawn of spring awakes
And the mellow blue bird her song he takes
