What makes a family
grow through the years,
share the good times, the bad times,

What binds family members
that fill us with love,
that give hope to our future,
with God's help above.

It's a feeling inside
that connects to our hearts,
It's the Lord's own promise,
we never will part.

We're loved and we're guided
from God up above,
we're truly a family,
when we're filled with God's love.

It's a choice that we're given
to trust and believe,

we're God's family.
