Jesse Rasch, 27, is the CEO of webhosting.com. Though young Jesse had built a mountain and climbed all the way to the top. Being a wholesale provider for companies such as Bell Canada and SBC Communications, providing web hosting and domains for thousands and running the show with over 200 employees has been an amazing journey for Jesse.
But although Jesse found success with his internet-based ventures he is no stranger to business. Jesse has been owning and operating businesses since he was 17. At that young age he took his truck and started an A-frame company call Signs Upright. Soon after he became bored with it he sold the organisation to his six employees and moved on.


Jesse has gone through many other ventures including selling natural gas and other canadian products. But in the mid 1990's he started DynamicWeb, his biggest venture yet.
DynamicWeb was mainly focused on retail when it first began. He assembled a group of computer science students to assist him with the project.
As time went on Jesse's staff and cliental quickly grew and Jesse dropped out of school to go into the business full time and manage his new found success. But then the company hit a bump in the road There was another company with the name DynamicWeb. Thinking quickly Jesse changed the name to webhosting.com.
After the change the company took a turn for the best. The sales quadrupled due to "Type in traffic" and they began to wholesale for larger companies. By 2001 Jessehad hired over 250 workers for webhosting.com.
Jesse is now 27 and owns his own multimillion dollar company. Jesse plans to continue to expand and maybe even do it again.
1-800-GOT-JUNK
For brian scudamore grime is gold. The vancouver native developed a small summer job that evolved into a million dollar franchise.
At 18 scudamore grabbed a $700 beat-up truck and hauled away people rubbish. He printed out cards and flyers and started an operation called the Rubbish Boys.
It was a one-man show that brian ran during his summer off from university. In 1993 brian began to work full time and by 1988 he had a sales revenue of $1.3 million, 1,169% from 1993.
The majority of North American cities had passed regulations that only 2 bags of trash could be tossed out, proving Persistent work for brian.
In1998 brain changed the company name to 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and updated the company by offering new uniforms for the drivers, new shiny trucks and upfront price listing.
By 2003 Brain proved his business was worth expanding. He had a rapid growth in franchising and nearly 30 major centres has appeared across North America.
Brian is a true entrepreneur and has found success in other people's trash. Now being the CEO of a million-dollar corporation he has proved ideas can really grow.
