The human condition

the same moment, cannot be challenged. Truth is absolute instantaneously, and does ever continue to change whether we like it or not; sometimes momentarily and suddenly, but eternally and continuously, without gap or reprieve.

Few individuals can wrap their minds around, explain, clarify or define a specific moment of truth, evaluate all of the necessary parameters, and thereby explain or mitigate their own human condition. Perhaps it is an impossibility, but such a decision, or even an attempt to do so, may ultimately define best how the human condition of that participant can be interpreted at outcome.

Regardless of what we may wish for, or estimate the outcome shall be, let us then choose an instantaneous moment and recall absolute truth. Try to evaluate it, and make an immediate decision with conviction about whether our goals, dreams, and wishes have been created, fulfilled, and accounted for.

You are not alone. As observers, other individuals may also assist by relating what they believe that moment to be, or wished it to be, and using the same process, can relate to you what they thought "your moment" was in retrospect, or at least what they perceived it to be at that moment in time, correctly or not. Remember that in attempting to do so, all facets of human behaviour must be included with total honesty in the discovery and debate. Any subsequent conspiracy to hide the facts of the revelation, if deemed distasteful must also be acknowledged. We might do well to recognize that truth is always revealed, however as humans we tend to delay it as long as possible.

Is the resulting conflict all that is required to define the human condition?

In identifying and analyzing the human condition, one ultimately must reveal the good with the bad; the wisdom, knowledge, peace of mind, and all other human potential must be examined for mistakes and foibles. Devious intent, war, incomprehensible rage, jealousy, greed and fury hopefully will be outweighed by genius, hope, love of mankind, empathy, intelligence, and above all, the eternal, inexplicable faith and optimism of human beings.

The conundrum is, all of these facets of the human condition must be considered simultaneously in real time, and to our dismay, often in total and direct contradiction. Partial answers are achieved, but the remains are shrugged off, left unaddressed.

Leftovers, remnants of life, and unsettling memories are thus forever collected, gathering ever thicker and more complex, introverted layers of dust, but they are inexplicably, and inevitably stumbled over, dusted off and recalled to the detriment of the next evaluation of yet another perfect moment.

No wonder humanity is confused. It's called the human condition.
