Groundscore :Chapter One
The brief overnight relief of cooler air did little to squelch the stench of the magic city. The overwhelmed resources of South Florida have been pushed beyond the breaking point. This once pristine ecologically balanced land has been altered to the point that it will no longer accept abuse without dissent.
Sunrise, once a celebration of perfect balance is now a sigh of disgust and rage for its' dwellers. For many who sought the dream of a better life in South Florida, they soon learned that like most dreams, this one is fleeting at best. The high pressure will keep the atmosphere too stable for any relief in the form of rain or clouds. Thick as the Cuban coffee beginning to brew over on Miami's Calle Ocho' and twice as hot, you'll be able to wear-the-air before noon time.
