Top 10 funniest stand up comedians:

Being a stand up comedian takes wit, energy, fast thinking, time and being a strong person. And that's why I believe its one of the hardest jobs there is. Not many people can handle going onto a stage with a room full of people and performing, but of course many people do and not just comedian's actors and singers as well. However most stand up comedian's don't rehearse what they are going to say (well not all of it anyway) and improvisation is a key part to being a comedian. You have to be able to think of jokes and stories fast while making sure they are funny and won't offend anyone because one bad joke could ruin the evening. And as many comedian's find out rejection on stage is very hard to handle. Everyone has to start somewhere and for a comedian starting can be very hard, it can take years of playing in small venues and being booed of by crowds so the one's who have manage to make it must be extra special at doing it .

This is my top 10 comedians and why I think there so amazing. (10= Worst/ 1= Best)

10. Lee Evans: To be honest I'm not that bigger fan of Lee Evans, I can find him funny and at times he really makes me laugh however there are definitely other comedians I prefer. Having said this though I do still believe he is a very hard worker and puts a lot of effort into his performances.

9. Graham Norton: Graham Norton has a very naughty style of comedy, he reminds me of a school boy who love's to play pranks on people and do revolting things. But I do really enjoy his shows! He also has a very bitchy act; he often insults other celebrities and members of public but always manages to get away with it because of his charm and happy go lucky attitude.

8. Lee Mack: I haven't seen a lot of Lee Mack's stand up but I have seen him on various TV appearances and found him very funny. His jokes always seem rehearsed but he delivers them with skill and wit.

7. Alan Carr: Alan Carr reminds me of a fairy, he's sweet and funny and you want to just keep him in your pocket. His jokes can be rude however he has a lovely personality and because he's so sweet people aren't offended by what he say's.

6. Jack Dee: Jack Dee is moody, grumpy and miserable and a very good actor. He plays the grumpy dad and does it very well. His style is more "funny stories" than witty one liners.

5. Chris Rock: Chris Rock is a very clever comedian, he always seems to no what to say next and jokes just pore out of him like he's some kind of machine. He's certainly
