Puffy clouds sit heavy against a glowing sky
Like dark ships with white edges they effortlessly glide
A grey blue canvas slowly transforms into pink and purple radiance
Soothing chills run through the air
An otherwise explosive ball of fire changes into a glowing peach
The sky appears to fall, leaving a dark blue background that dims with every second
Light begins to vanish and the clouds open as if to tell a secret
Through the sailing ships a bright white flashlight pokes through like a shift change
There are birds flying home and everything is still
Our world reveals a fresh darkness and I pray for stars

SOMETIMES THE CLOSEST EXPERIENCE TO CREATION.
Experienci ng nature, oh what a joy
to be out in the mountains or by the water.

Pebble Jacks And Daisy Chains
Fluffy clouds float in buoyant throng
Which shards of sunlight underscore
Birds perched
I always love to be alone
Among the older trees
And marvel as to how they've grown
So patiently with ease!
The years have left
Awaiting Dawn
Where stars
bow their heads
in slumber
I drift off
contemplating
mor ning's birth.
Fog creeps
around me
above and beyond

At The Edge of The Wood
At the edge of the wood
Hiking stick in hand
I looked out over the meadow
The vision I saw was grand
