Grilling a Traditional Ribeye Steak
This recipe is meant to bring out the natural flavors in the steak and keep the juices sealed inside. This is the only way to truly grill a steak.
Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Ribeye Steak
Directions:
Prep your grill; however it may be; whether it's propane or charcoal. In the kitchen place the Steaks on a plate, and pour some Olive Oil over them, making sure that both sides are coated. Next sprinkle the Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides of each Steak. Rub the seasoning into the Steak and Olive Oil. Let the Steaks sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, this lets the Olive Oil seal the flavor and juices of the steak inside, instead of allowing them to drip off into your grill. Put the Steaks on the grill over medium heat for about 9-12 minutes on each side depending on the preferred wellness of each Steak.
Recommended side dishes with this Steak are Green Beans, Baked Potato and a slice of Garlic Bread.
