God allows suffering

Questions like: If God is all powerful and caring, how could He let his creation, the human race, undergo so much suffering? If He is omnipresent, why cant He see what humans are going through and eradicate it once and for all? Are as old as the the human race itself.

Granted, we live in a world full of suffering and animosity, most of these vices are commited by the same humans against fellow humans, who in time of distress accuse the creator of meting such on them. If we look at what happened to Kenya in the recent past and what is happening in down south, could we still say God is to blame for all these? Food for thought.

As some of us would want us to believe, God is either not powerful enough to get rid of human suffering or He simply doesn't care. Many have understandably wondered why God allows humans to suffer. True, there are those who suffer because of the choices they make in their lives. Others suffer due to what is commonly referred to as "Acts of God". The Holy Scriptures are very clear on this issue. At Ecclesiastes 9:11 the wise King Solomon it quotes partly that "...the fast do not always win the race, neither do the wise have the riches because time and unforeseen occurrences befall them all" again the bible continues at 2 Peter 5:19 that we all originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. What would we expect of a territory inhabited by gazelles but ruled by carnivores such as lions, cheetahs, etc? The same applies to the world we live in. There are so many institutions and individuals who are genuinely working hard for the relative betterment of human life, which is commendable, but under the current system of things, although there might be some positive change in people's lives, this will only proof to be short-lived as long as we are under the one called Satan, the Devil.

To illustrate why God, although the highest authority in the Universe, allows suffering to go on here on earth, suppose someone accused you or either your seniors at your place of work or anywhere else for that matter, would you start arguing with him or will you take action instantly and finish him/her? A wise person would do the exact opposite, allow time to go by and others and your accuser will come to realize that the accusations labeled against you were malicious and ill-intended. For those who have some knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, you will note that God did not purpose mankind to live a "mere seventy or eighty years if at
