Lifestyle changes that help eliminate stress

STRESS CONTROL A FUNCTION OF PRODUCTIVITY.
Good health is indicative of a body system which is free from unnecessary stress or unwanted stress. I say unwanted stress because the human body requires a certain level of functional stress to cope with daily activities.
What is stress? Stress is considered as a state whereby the central nervous system is under tension resulting in physical or bodily tiredness.

What are the causes of stress? Stress could be linked to a number of factors such as; rigor of work load, emotional disturbance or distress and other psychological factors.
Stress, disregarding the causes, is a counter productive force in relation to organizational, governmental and personal productivity as well as family life. It is a major factor which causes health hazards such as; hypertension, cardiac arrest, headache (and all the related types) body pains, kidney failure and stroke. In some cases barrenness is link to stress. Therefore, stress control/ management should be considered a major step or focus to improving and enhancing good health and productivity.
Note here that to control stress means to bring it to its minimal functional level which will result in optimal performance of the body system which ultimately enhances productivity. For instance, if a man is under stress he will not be able to think and coordinate activities necessary for growth and development this may hamper progress, profit and happiness.
Therefore, you need a change of attitude to be able to control stress. Such as, visiting your doctor for regular BP (blood pressure) check ups, undergoing massaging exercise, swimming, go for a walk (all this in a regular mana. make effort to love and live in peace with your spouse and and other people arround you,make new friends and avoid being lonely as well as foods that are not good for your health ( mostly by doctor's advice).This in itself is a change of lifestyle and you need decipline to achiceve it.
On the other hand, someone may ask, what is productivity? To a business organization, productivity would mean making of good profit. To a family, productivity may connote giving birth to a child or children and living happily in harmony. In general, productivity could mean positive end result of a given process or goal.
Note also that a sick person cannot be productive neither at work nor at home.Likewise, a sick person is an unhappy person, how then can he/she be productive? So then a change of lifestyle is uncompromisably important.
In conclusion, stress control or management will bring about good and healthy living which in turn brings productivity in personal and family life as well as governmental and organizational growth. Therefore it is important to check, control and manage stress so as to obtain a healthy living which is a priceless gem.
