physical; that is not obviously recognizable, he will harm the state after becoming the president. Moreover many presidents who did not disclose their health during the election campaign became handicapped less or more period. They cite the example of President Woodrow Wilson who was undoubtedly unable to carry out his job for the period of his last year as president. In the same way the president Reagan underwent the surgery and the vice president was to work as an acting president for 8 hours. President Jimmy Carter fell while he was jogging at Camp David. Bush senior's heart beat became abnormal while he was walking. Ronald Reagan was of 69, the oldest presidential candidate but he was portrayed as the cow boy, shown riding on the horseback, cutting woods, and telling jokes
There is a great confusion about the state of health of the presidents. The Founders of the constitution and the state fashioned the office of the presidency but did not give details about the health of the president. They did not give any details even about the disability of the presidents. The constitution tells us that if the chief executive became unable to perform his duties the Vice President will do his work as far as he gets well or new president is elected. In 1967 through the 25th Amendment to the Constitution the issue was resolved but the amendment has never been invoked so far. Moreover the amendment does not clarify the disability criteria. It is the condition of the elected president's health. The issue of presidential candidate's health is a new and debatable issue. It will be a positive characteristic of the candidates if they disclose their health. The health record may also reveal the candidate's background. It should be made mandatory for the presidential candidates to disclose the record of their health.
