Michael Jordan's favorite ways to entertain friends

" Hi, I'm Michael Jordan, welcome to my home. We're going to have a wonderful time!"

"We're all getting set to kick back and grill the best steaks this side of Texas. By the way, you're going to love this, I have a special steak with your name on it ! Only the finest beef gets near my fire, you'll see!"

When I'm entertaining at my home, I bring in only the best steaks for my friends, and I have my own special marinades , but I'm ready to barbecue and customize for anyone that wants something special. Steak spice combos, pepper, mesquite, hot sauce, and garlic, tell me what you would like! Can't you just taste that steak already?"

"We'll be starting out the evening with a few hoops, some nice music and a little civilized chatter here and there too, talk to the team! Tell the man at the bar what your pleasure is, and if you're hungry already , catch a few appetizers and a salad, that pretty lady, the one in green over there, has all the salad stuff you want ! She has everything over there, snacks , fresh fruit, we've got all kinds of cheese to go with that glass of wine, anything you can think of !
Meantime, I'll be at the grill burning your steak to perfection, how would you like it, blue, rare, medium rare, or smoking hot? I always start out by searing all of my beef on the hottest coals, that keeps the juices in, not too long, you understand, that's so it doesn't get tough. Then I set it in just the right place over the fire for a couple of minutes, depending on how you want it, I time it to perfection, and turn it over once. . You'll see! are you ready for the best steak you've ever had?
By the way, toss a ball in the hoop from the other side of the pool, if you get the most points, you can win a dozen of my steaks, and even better yet, you don't have to help the boys clean up!
