WHAT THE FEMALE ORGASM MAY FEEL LIKE

Since I am new to the female orgasm, and it would have been nice if it had been described properly to me, I'd like to describe it as best I can for those of you who are where I was only a year ago. The best anyone could ever say to me was, "You'll know." Not very helpful, although very true. I always thought I was having one, but not knowing it. Nope you'll definitely know. If you're not sure, chances are, you're not. As a warning, this may not be accurate for every woman, as all women are different.

First of all, it's not going to be at all what you expect. I thought that for my first orgasm, it would be extremely intense, and I'd make a huge mess. Maybe, when I finally have my first vaginal orgasm, I might, but for a clitoris one, it wasn't all that amazing.

It was aptly described in a book as gentle pulsation of your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. It wasn't just that, though. The first time it happened, I was completely unprepared, and I actually don't know what happened. I just know everything completely changed. It always feels good when my boyfriend strokes my clitoris, but one day it all changed. My muscles always tighten when I'm feeling good, but this was a whole new level; it was completely involuntary. Then I felt my body temperature warm; like a "warm flush." After my body warmed, and my muscles tightened, I felt the gentle pulsation of my PC muscles, and then my clitoris was too sensitive to touch, even very gently.

The first time it happened, I freaked out, stopped my boyfriend, and cried. I had been waiting 10 years for this, and here it was, and I cried. I was scared for a number of reasons, and if it's been anywhere near as long for you, it might be the same. You'll only cry the first time, however, and like me, you will probably even deal with your fears without even knowing you're doing it.

So, in order, this is what might happen, and what it might feel like:

1. Everything will suddenly feel even better, in a way you can't explain.
2. Suddenly your butt will raise up involuntarily.
3. You'll feel a warm flush.
4. Your muscles will tighten, particularly your legs.
5. Your PC muscles will pulse, and the first few times you may hardly notice.
6. Finally, your clitoris will be too sensitive to touch.

If you are unable to orgasm, the things you really need is a very patient partner, who won't pressure you; lubrication as the clitoris is very sensitive, and not using any might be painful; you need to learn to relax and not actually think about it. It's a lot easier said than done, but maybe if you learn to meditate, it'll be helpful; it sure helped me.

Also, a good toy, like The Eroscillator, can be of great help as well.
