Snore Relief
Fifteen years in our marriage bed
sleeping next to Mr. Snorey head.
Breathing in with a rush
breathing out with a gush.
Snoring, soothing me into sleep.
Snoring, sleeping in time I keep.
Lullaby that sets me dreaming.
Sounds that might send others screaming.
Good dear Mother-in-law bought Snore Relief.
Oh my goodness, for me such a grief!
'Nary a wink do I sleep
No rhythm to the time keep.
Awake all night I lay and think,
Snore Relief does truly stink.
My husband rests- Oh so sweet,
as I listen to his heart beat.
Best darn sleep he's had in years!
This small statement leaves me in tears.
My lullaby has gone away
and snore relief is here to stay.
I will eventually get used to it(is my belief)
But until that day: I curse Snore Relief!
