When it's time for Michael Jordan to entertain, it's time to get down to business. This is one task that I don't play around with. My guests always know that I put a personal touch on everything from the cocktails to the cuisine.

One of my favorite ways to entertain is by putting on a premier steak grill barbecue in my backyard with the boys and their girls using my high quality signature prime steaks. I don't know about your backyard events, but my barbecues are always top of the line - I won't settle for anything less than the best for my guests.

After all, I have always been a hands on type of guy - from the basketball court to the boardroom. I like for my fans and business associates to feel exactly where I'm coming from.

This goes double for the special time I spend with the people I hold near and dear to me. When I'm entertaining, which is very often, I give them the time of their lives. After a long week of work, meetings, and shooting commercials, there is nothing like kicking back and experiencing the four F's: food, fun, family, and friends! When they're with me they always get the personal Michael Jordan touch - I am on the case.

Which is why if you are invited to one of my down home backyard barbecue grilling sessions, you will see me right at the grill (apron and all), with a plate of thick Michael Jordan restaurant quality Porterhouse and Cowboy steaks in one hand, and a glimmering grill fork in the other. Don't get too close though - I'm in the zone when I'm at the grill. I take special pride in my steaks and my cooking skills.

Once I finally serve up one of those juicy steaks, my guests know to wait patiently. Because the steak just isn't done until I pop open a few fresh bottles of my Original and Special23 Steak Sauce and set them on the table. NOW we can begin. I never seem to bring enough though - the tables are littered with empty bottles before my people are even finished eating!

But you don't have to be Michael Jordan to get the Michael Jordan touch when you're entertaining friends this summer. All you need are my high quality, rich, and flavorful steaks and sauces, a barbecue fork, and the passion of a grill master who takes real pride in his work.
