The myths and truths about rape

Rape is not about sex. Rape is about anger, control and violent aggression expressed sexually. Rape is defined as sexual intercourse forced on a person without his or her permission. Sadly in this day and age the vast majority of rapes go unreported, statistics claim that 1 in 3 women will endure rape in their lifetime and 1 in 6 men.
