This is something I was inspired to write. Here's what happened:

Early this morning, around 4 or 5-ish, I was drifting in and out of sleep. I had to wake up at 10am to head off for work. I am incapable of sleeping if I KNOW I have to use my alarm.

Suddenly, I heard a piece from J. Brahams I had NEVER heard before- A waltz, Op. 39 No. 15. I was listening to it, and I was hearing words. I didn't have the strength to wake up and jot down my fragments.

When I got home tonight (midnight), I tried to find the piece of music I heard many hrs before in semi-sleep. I found it, grabbed a piece of paper and trusty pen, and started writing. In less than 90 minutes, I wrote the following words down to the melody from the piano:

THE WALTZ OF LOVE (Inspired by Johannes Brahams Waltz)

Once, so long ago,
You said you'd always love me so.
With hand in hand, with heart to heart,
I vowed that we would never part.
And when I felt your kiss meet mine,
The birds did sing the stars did shine.
With tears of joy a voice filled with pride,
I asked if you would be my bride.

I used to think I'd walk alone
Upon this earth, I'd be unknown.
But then my prayers were answered by an angel.

Now, with eyes so clear,
See that I cherish you my dear.
Rare fragile flower, these words so true,
My life and love belongs to you.

Fate knew one day our paths would cross
At that one moment our souls felt lost.
Now Destiny has bonded us forever.

Before our final dance,
Let's drink a toast to our romance.
Before the world, I say to you,
My wife I always will love you.
