What is He Like On the Inside
As a girl lays her head to sleep,
In her throat a low weep,
Her heart broken by her lover,
For he has taken off his cover.
Does he sit by his window and have his thoughts go a stray,
Does he tell his friends what words she did say?
Does he think of where she is and how she keeps up,
Does he even give her a thought a day?
Pulling himself together and off her card,
Does he have it very hard?
Does a tear leave his eye,
Or perhaps he wraps himself in his disguise.
My unspoken thoughts for guys worldwide,
What is he like on the inside?
