I
It is the search, it is the find
Of the unknown that can't be found
See the truth and then turn blind
Discover something unconfined
The humming of a sinning song
The evidence that does confound
More than desire to be strong
We were one to stand among
A dying loss, emerging win
A suicidal march does pound
A beat condemned to beating sin:
Our heart waiting to begin
We forbid to stay and we must flee
To deafly follow the unknown sound
Receive the gift of what is me
Feel something never thought to be
I am myself, I choose my path
My glory stands alone sans wrath
I have my purpose, it is me
My death smiles for liberty

A Perfect Selection
I rise unto thee by lightning of a dream
by a streaking star and the glow of its beam

the palingenetic, deathless phoenix
ascends amidst roiling tongues of fire
lifted unto the heavens
by
Awakening while asleep, creates you to who you are.
Sleeping awakens life, to die from a wakening death.
From the very beginning,
I come to tell you goodbye,
and that dreams are only dreams,
and that I used to dream about loving you,
but I now I'm awake.
