Athena's Wrath
How I burn, how I hate.
How dare the gods and
The revelation of your birth!
How I'm green, how I envy
The perfect diamond I see before me.
Do you see? Can you see?
You defiled me: you challenged me!
I accept your challenged.
You shall beg for death and thank me when I give it.
Men have longed for such a stone.
With your sparkling eyes you charmed them.
Now they will turn cold when they gaze!
Your visage has been called flawless.
Each lock of hair shall slither.
And when all see, they'll run in terror.
You did this, you tempted fate.
Do you deny it? Can you deny it?
Of course you do, but I see your lies.
Because of them you shall live in death.
And when I kill you, you will writhe.
You did this, can't you see?

I thank you.
Each award I win,
I owe it to you.
Each accolade,
you
