Are the US and Israel bluffing Iran with an attack to force changes in policy?

It almost always works in the school yard. Two or three people influencing an individual to do certain things via peer pressure. In this case it is like having a school teacher standing next to the individual, helping them to stand up against the bullies, but this on a bigger scale of course.

Israel is the most combat experienced military throughout the entire world due to the decades of fighting in the Muslim-Jewish wars within their own territory. They are almost guaranteed to be the most powerful force within the Middle East due to their experience and knowledge of fighting a guerrilla war. The good old United States of America who wants their hand in the pie before you can hand them a knife and fork to tuck into it, have there own reasons too. Oil prices are rising in the states and recession is slowly but surely falling into place within the up and coming years. These facts themselves show exactly what the plan for the future of Iran is.

The basic outline of any military tactic is to give the enemy as much time and as many chances to back down before the missiles and bombs start dropping onto the busy cities.

When Israel and Lebanon went to war in 2006 because of Hezbollah Para military forces firing rockets into Israeli border towns, did the US intervene? The solution to the American government was clear. Allow Israel to go into Lebanon and wipe out the Hezbollah forces. This would cause Syria to stand up their forces and prepare for war, as Syria declared they would not allow the Israelis to attack them. If the Israelis made it through to take out Syria, obviously claiming they are harbouring terrorists, then Iran had made a bold statement on TV that if Syria was attacked then they would stand up and send in their own forces to fight against the Israelis. Then the US has a reason to step in and take out Iran.

This was a big scaled plan, mostly dependent on luck, that there is no doubt, the US wanted. Iran now has a nuclear facility which they claim to be a Nuclear power station under construction, if not already complete. The US boldly states that it is a facility which it is possible to create nuclear arms in. Weapons of mass destruction! We all see these headlines in the news time after time. Maybe this is it, who knows.

The policy changes the US and Israel are trying to force onto Iran is an inevitable tactic. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is not a man to be reckoned with. The Muslim faith is a very proud and stubborn one. Iran is a superior force in the eyes of the Islamic community and therefore a man of his stature will not bow down to any demands the Americans or Israelis state to them.

Upon refusing these changes in policy, the US may attempt to give the Iranians another chance to comply, sanctions may be put into place which, in the reality of it all, will not affect Iran as much as the world would like to think, but there is no doubt this will result in war.

War is inevitable. Throughout history wars have determined the wealth and power of leaders and countries. World war 3 began on the 11th of September 2001, but the world still does not see this as a global war. Afghanistan and Iraq, this is where the war is. Now and again there may be an attack on European or American soil, but the truth is the Middle East has been at war for a lot longer than we all like to believe. The Holy War has started and it will not be over in our lifetime. These are the fire crackers before the big display.
