I used to keep it under my bed. As it grew with me, I moved it to my basement. Growing up, trying to hide it from my parents was difficult, but now that I have a house all to myself, I can work with it at my leisure.
I suppose one can call it my life's work. After twenty five years in it's development, I guess that is what it is? You see, I originally found it at the bottom of my yard when I was about six years old.
Although it seems to be made of flesh and bone, it has never really moved, nor decayed. I call it my creation because it is very attached to me. I mean, it grows and changes as I grow and change. It also assumes various identities from time to time, then changing back to me, when I am in close contact with it.
It is somewhat like a twin brother, except when I talk to it, it does not respond. Another thing is that it seems to have a complete hold over me. This is why I have never dated and most likely, will never marry.
I do have a telepathic relationship with my creation. Sometimes, I am not sure who is doing the thinking? If I get an idea, I don't know whether it originated form inside of me, or inside of it?

It is like another person looking through my eyes and sharing my brain. After reading, I usually have to force an extra breath or two into my lungs, in order to replace the ones that were taken from me.
Watching television helps me block out some of our thoughts. I find it quite relaxing having something pointless dictate to me, as opposed to another entity thinking inside of my mind. Commercials and soap operas are the best! Television is the only way that I get a break.
The other day, something strange happened after watching my favorite television show, "Deal or no deal." No sooner than I tuned out of the show, I heard a sound coming from the basement area. When I went to investigate, I was shocked to find my creation in a state of transition. I actually witnessed a brief case, changing back into a pair of legs.
I enjoy my job. I am a writer for a local newspaper. I also like to write in my spare time. However, another weird thing that happens, is that when I have finished a story, or an article and I read it back to myself, most often it is not the story or article that I originally intended.
The other day for instance, I wrote a little children's story about two cats and a dog. It was a lot of
