If you are going through life with negative feelings it is time you evaluated your thoughts, changed the areas that are weighing you down to move forward in a positive direction.
Look for happiness in small things and keep your eyes open to the blessings around you. Things are never as bad as they seem when the sun is shining and there is food on that table. Pray in whatever way that motivates you because it is this trinity that completes the mind and the body. Stay positive and learn to forgive easily to lessen negative feelings.
Do give time to family and friends because their love keeps a person going. Develop good relationships which are based on love, trust and honesty and evaluate a marriage or relationship if it is not giving you the satisfaction that it should. Discuss issues with your partner and keep those communication channels open at all times. Do not hesitate to enlist the help of a counselor if you feel you need that extra help.
Is it your weight that is an issue or the fact that you are not looking as good as you should? If so then make today the changing point of your life. No one else can make those changes for you so start developing a good honest friendship with yourself. Cut the junk food out of your life, start going for a 30 minute daily walk if the gym is expensive and take another look at that wardrobe. Organise the clothes that you wear often and any clothes that have not been worn for a while and are just taking wardrobe space can be donated to charity. Get a manicure and pedicure done to get those hands and feet looking good again. Use a face mask weekly and establish a good hair conditioning routine to make those tresses shine.
Moving on to your career. If you are stuck in that dead end job it is time to say goodbye to it and move on to newer pastures. Enrol with a recruitment agency and do be honest about your personality and what sort of job you think you would be most comfortable doing. Mind development is a great tool to encourage confidence as you stretch your abilities so join an evening class and learn a new skill.
It is by caring enough for yourself that you can look after your mind and body and feel you are worth making the effort for. Sometimes it takes small changes to make a difference and by taking a step forward you will want to do more and not look back.
