Power
It could be
To be at the top of the chain
To have the most money
To own the best weapons
To know the most hate
To rule the world
And for this power
Humans will do
Anything to get it
Whether it be the power
In their homes
At their jobs
Amongst their friends
Or in the entire world.
They hardly think
Of the sacrifices,
Of the consequences
That comes with.
So, why bother with power?
What is the point?
Is it really that important?
Or is it just
To satisfy the Greed?
