Blue
As two-faced
As the water
You float along
Calm and relaxed
Never expecting the storm
Of sadness
And depression
That sneaks up
Against your back

Crashes against the boat
Thrashing the passengers

All thoughts gone
As they stumble
And leap
From one side to another
Hearing no voice
But the shouts
And screams
From beyond the horizon
It makes no sense
When it abruptly ends
Leaving calm skies
And still oceans
Paranoia
Sprouts in your mind
As you watch
The Unpredictable Blue
