How to evaluate your life and move forward in a positive direction

How to evaluate your life and move forward in a positive direction:

I want you to know this is not written by a Professional Psychologist. Even though this is not written by a professional I hope you find this helpful. There are many things that you can do to evaluate your life. There are also things that you can do to move your life in a positive direction. The trick is finding what will work for you. Not everything is for everyone. Some things will work for others that won't work for you, it is up to figure out what will work for you.

One thing you can try is sit down and think about what will make you happy. If you have to make a list of the pro's and con's of staying on the path your already on do it. Sometimes it helps to put things into perspective if you see it in black an white. If you are not happy in the place you are in, in your life then you need to make changes in your life. Be honest about your evalutaion of your life. There is no point in doing a life evaluation if you are not going to be honest about. Take the blinders off and see your life as it really is.

To be positive and move forward in a positive direction then you have to remove the negative things from your life. Give yourself positive affirmations on a daily basis. Example: I am deserving of a better life, I am a good person, I am a good parent, I am a good friend.

Take all the negative junk that has been drilled into you and throw it away. Tell yourself that you don't deserve the bad, negative vibes that surround you.

Also you can read some of those self help books. They have different categories so you can pick one that covers the types of changes that you want to make in your life and then sit and read it and follow the instructions they have about making the changes. You can not make changes without doing something about it. Just saying "my is going to be different" is not all that it takes to make changes, but it is a good place to start. Authors of such books are people like Dr. Phil, Dr. Keith Ablowe, Joan Anderson, Dr. Greg Fors.

You can also try being more spiritual and focusing on that area. There are books out there that will help you to bring spirituality into your life. Some believe that bringing spirituality into your life will bring more positive things your way. Some authors of these types of books; Deepak Chopra, Patricia Mercier, and Sylvia Browne among others.

The thing is only you can evaluate your life and make positive changes. No one else can do that for you. You can blame others for the way your life is or isn't but is it the trueth? Can you really give someone else the blame for the choices you make?
