Poetry: Unlock

by Yasmina Crichlow

Created on: June 06, 2008

whispering through the doorway
peaking through my keyhole
he wants me and I know it
but I won't let him in easily

he's cursing under his breath
his heart beating against his chest
staring at my hips and thighs
I'm working towards his demise

I slide the key down my shirt
his chest so tense, it starts to hurt
my hands follow where he's pleading
his cuffs, I loosen, but for a reason

will you be the one to open my heart?
