Coronary heart disease is usually caused by a condition called atherosclerosis. This type of condition occurs because of fatty material and substance which build up on the walls of your arteries. This materials are called plaque.In addition of this your arteries get narrow. As the coronary arteries get narrow bloods flow to the heart can be slow down or stop , causing chest pains , short term breath and even heart diseases...

CHD (coronary heart disease) is a leading cause of death in USA. According researches men in their 40's have more risk than women for CHD.The possibility of CHD can be increased for reasons like the persons family members having it , diabetes ,high blood pressure , smoking and many more.

The symptoms for this is very noticeable. But for some time you may have the disease and you cannot notice the symptoms , This may rarely happened, it up to god. Chest pain and discomfort is the very much common symptom. keeping and eye on this is essential, you may think its something else and ignore it , But you never know , so you better check. Be quick and steady before its too late, this pain is felt because of less intake of blood or oxygen. The level of the pain can be different from one another. Doctors have divided the chest pain in to two. They are Atypical chest pain and Typical chest pain. The first one mentioned is sharp and it comes and go often, you can feel it in the left chest , abdomen back , this type is more common in women. The second one fells really heavy like someone is squeezing you, you feel it under the Brest bone, this comes when you are emotional. Two Types of pain can be gone away by the medicine nitroglycerin. In some case the first Symptom may be HEART ATTACK.

The treatment depends on what type of disease you own.If you have coronary artery disease that does not cause symptoms, you can be treated with either medicine or angioplasty , but recent studies report that the both are about the same results. Medicines are used to reduce the risk of blood clotting , and reduce risk to cholesterol.

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.I BELIEVE IN THAT.
