Obscured Laws Still Exist Today and Sometimes They are Unwritten

In many respects when it comes to evaluating how laws on the books in various states are obscured and in order to manifest corrective justice the only meaningful objective should be to discussed the controversies through dialogues and understand that as Americans we have a democracy that is not perfect but it works. However, some of the germicide methods agents for restorative justice must always be to advocate constitutional values whereas the laws embedded in historian precedent must be not of importance in the past, however, these constitutional values must be referendums to emancipate states from such undated laws. Firstly, the laws for regulating serving sangria has been ostensible since the Prohibition Act of 1934. But in truth, systematic unwritten practices are apart of the American way of life just think about the double standards of how in many communities throughout America where we see on a daily basis unequal expenditures in school districts when it comes to implementing resources in schools rooms like computers for disadvantaged students so that they can compete as computer literate citizens in the 21st century.

Secondly, there have been many unwritten laws in the legal distribution of power like for instance every twenty years we as Americans must come under the scope of the national government on whether the 1964 Civil-Rights Act will be passed again. At the heart of the matter this means that as a minority group in American one is still considered temporary citizens and this is one of many unwritten laws which are sonorous which can be defined as an abomination. Other unthinkable laws on the books that prose unequal treatment and carries unconstitutional acts is the way in the City of Chicago where the Cook County political culture has allowed systematically new forms of gerrymander of the voting power base in minority communities in Cook County but all of this is rather in nature has disenfranchised the 1964 Civil-Right Voting Rights Act Title VII. In its purest essence the unwritten rules/practices are to keep those in control of the new machine intact nonetheless with this in mind the majority power base is without a voice, without governmental jobs, without respect, without a sense of constitutional protections, without hope and in the end they start to perpetuate inverse racism whereas the value of life for the less protect is marginal to that of 52 cent the price of a bullet and when we kill each other we have no remorse feeling.

In sum, one can only depict a limited fermentation to the pain, despair, and suffering those the majority under obscured laws as well as the practices that should be disbanded as unconstitutional and not protected by out of control representatives, and judges but these laws are the psychological scars for Americans under democracy where restorative justice agents need to be working as mediators to bring about the change that the Illinois Senator Barack Obama espouse to as the first afro American Democratic nominee. Clearly, Law Professor Derrick Bell "We are now, as were our forebears when they were brought to the New World, objects of barter for those who, while profiting from our existence, deny our humanity." We must not allow the unwritten laws to override us from the errors of the past and bring us to the greatest possibilities of the future.
