when ever I'm feeling down and out, i get a thought of you.
with the image of your smile gets me through and through.
there's no doubt in my mind, you always made me happy.
knowing you will be by my side forever eternally.

each passing day that goes by, your scent haunts my mind.
a never ending nightmare that lingers through time.
the cold touch from the falling snow reminds me of sleepless nights.
a chill i get from the loneliness, of not having you in my sight.

the night fills the skies, the moon radiate a silhouette so smooth.
the cloud dances in the air, imitating the way you move.
rain falls as the sky darkens and covers the land where i stand.
looking for you to save me from this storm, i reached out my hand.

grasping at nothing but air, the visions of you are not so clear.
coming to my senses, the reality of you not being here.
i ask myself where have you gone? don't leave me alone!
for all the things I've done to you i cannot atone.

you were everything in this life that i ever wanted.
the promise i made to you in my mind is haunted.
cause all the feelings you have for me longer cease.
there's nothing more i can do but say rest in peace.
