(#3) Those individuals who believe authority works differently are ultimately destructive and will selfishly work to undermine for power to break or manipulate the "Circle" for their singular benefit. These people appear attractive at first look and occasionally force favorable results here and there, but the total unseen cost of their hidden agenda and actions is immeasurable.
They must be removed from the process and retrained if possible, not placed in charge of the process. Either teamwork and respect and correct business principles are to be honored or they are not. Politically adept chameleons are the worst variety and most difficult type "Circle" manipulator to weed out. They claim the buck stops here, but everyone under and around them ends up taking the fall. What do you think you get when you crossbred a leech with a Cheshire cat?
(#4) Inner-company employee politics and disturbances are usually based on ego, entitlement, and struggles for power and control, not necessarily over truth or correct business principles.
(#5) Corporate profits are never to be risked or squandered in excessive bonuses and commissions, or used to convince civic organizations and high community causes that we care. Management that does not protect company profits needs to be replaced. Other professional, personal, and humanitarian alternatives of support must be found to engage the communities where we work and live. Our customers, owners and/or stockholders must always benefit and profit in tangible ways because we do not give away their money. Only they should invest their time, sweat equity, and cash as we do, not to merely impress or appease, but because they believe the cause is worthy.
(#6) Co-workers will always surprise and delight you in their progress if you notice and encourage them doing things right or very close to it. Once they know they are valued, modifications and corrections come easily because they understand they are full members of the team and no harm is intended or advantage being taken.
(#7) Every co-worker, from the CEO down the chain and around the "Circle" to the entry-level hire, may experience a profound shock when they realize YOU are their staunch supporter.
(#8) Unfortunately, true messengers are placed in front of the firing squad from time to time by hidden or misguided "Circle" manipulators. Do not shoot or allow real messengers to be shot. Remember false messengers are just "Circle"
