So you have picked Cancun as your vacation destination. Boy are you in for a wonderful time! The excitement begins as you see the ocean turn blue and the white sandy beaches light up the shoreline as you fly into the Yucatan. What a tourist paradise! There are so many wonderful and exciting things to do. Where does one begin?

Of course you will want to spend plenty of time on the beach having your drinks and food delivered to your side! This is a must when in the Caribbean! While enjoying a few rays it is a great time to plan out your adventures.

If swimming with the dolphins is on your agenda, one of the most beautiful places to do this is in Xcaret! It has many other attractions and will take a full day and night to see them all. The restaurants are wonderful there and the people are amazing! You can easily hop in the lazy river, or visit the butterfly sanctuary while you are there.

There are many destinations to see the ancient cultures as well. Depending on how far you want to drive will determine which one you visit. There are amazing structures to see. If a jungle tour is what your in for they have that too!

If you are more of a water sport person this is an ideal place for you. There is para-sailing, jet skiing, banana boats, and kayaking to name a few. With crystal blue waters the snorkeling is a must for tourists. The mangrove trees and the shoreline make for a beautiful get away. A day fishing is also a fun day away from the tourists filled main land.

Shopaholics beware! There is amazing shopping in Cancun and surrounding islands. Bargains galore and beautiful pieces of jewelery. There are so many malls, flea markets, and stands. You name it, you can find it. Beautiful purses, clothes, and knick-knacks are everywhere.

The nightlife is one of the most amazing around. Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, Carlos and Charlies, La Boom, and Daddy Rock are a few places to go. With light shows and a staff to make sure you have fun you cannot possible go wrong. Going all inclusive with your entrance to the club is the best way to go. If possible get a local to show you the ropes. Some hotels offer a staff that takes you on a night tour of the clubs with a different club every night! There is also a Booze Cruise that is a night of dancing, eating, and drinking. What FUN!

Whatever your pleasure Cancun definitely has something for you! Pack your bags and enjoy your fun-filled vacation!
