need for this project, or perhaps you might even have items at home for it. Don't forget to help your child put it on a key chain; a perfect gift to daddy from his little boy or girl.
2. Toddlers can paint daddy a picture for Father's Day. Mommy can frame it when it dries for a perfect gift from their little loved one. Don't forget to add child's name and birth-date on the back of the painting or down at the right hand corner of the picture.
3. Hand prints on t-shirt for dad. Buy a new shirt and fabric paint and let the little one design a shirt just for daddy.
4. Don't let dad's fool you they like flowers and sweets too. Let their toddler pick some flowers from the garden and have them help add in the ingredients for dad's favorite cookies or another favorite recipe dad loves, that his little one can give to their daddy. Nothing warms the heart more than a little sugar treats from their loved one. Flowers handed over and yummies to eat all from the effort of a toddler. That is impressive!
5. Story book for daddy. Take several pieces of blank white construction paper and fold in half like your making a card but put several pieces of paper together and staple along the sides ( three places at: top, middle and bottom). Have washable markers on hand for your child's Father's Day book. Let them draw a picture about daddy and ask them about what the drawing is about. You write down on the page next to the picture the story behind the drawing. Keep doing this until you have a story that unfolds with the pictures. This is one dad will treasure for a lifetime. Kids are funny sometimes the things they say and it sure can be a treasure to have one of these books from your child.
Any kind of craft ideas where toddlers are working on a project with an adult really helps them a lot when they have that one on one time for making crafts with an adult to assist them. They just need reassurance and they will blossom at making a masterpiece of art work. Encourage them and you never know how much potential they can build from developing the skills early on for making stuff.
