O sweet child of A.I.D.S.
O how I feel for you
Your innocence denied
Fun but a memory replaced by pain
You sweet, sweet child
How cruel to face death so young
To be robbed of a life of promise
O how my heart hurts for you
I question my faith my belief's
While I pray for a cure for such a cruel disease
Questions of why God? why?
Plague my sanity
While child after child succumbs to this insidious disease
Hush listen to the cries
Do you hear it?
The heartbreak for the loss of such a sweet innocent life!
