WHEN YOU LOOK AT ME
When you look at me
Look deep inside
You may be surprised
At what you find...
When you look within
You might see the pain
Behind my eyes fall
Silent tears like rain
When you look at me
See what makes me whole
Look with honesty
You might see my soul
Don't just look at me
With sun-glassed eyes
Superficiality
Disguised
When you look at me
Let your heart be true
Because I'll be looking
Right back at you...
